Jabber Expressway MRA cannot communicate with the Servers

Hi All,

 

I had Jabber login problem , I was tried to login to Jabber with Expressway E configured in Public DNS , when i Login in internal no problem , but when i used to login from the internet the jabber error "cannot communicate with the servers" 

for CUCM version i used 10.5 , IM&P 10.5 , Expressway C&E X8.2.2

attached is the log from the jabber , 

any help ?

It looks like the Jabber client is resolving the collab-edge record and trying to make a connection attempt on port 8443. When doing so the connection is timing out.
