Hi,
We have a CUCM11.5+IMP 11.5 system with several Jabber for Android clients (latest official version from Google Play).
The issue is very simple - at the locked phone screen, the status is not refreshed after a status change.
For example - jabber and a Cisco 7945 IP phone registered with same directory number. If received a call, all of two devices ringing. After answer the call with Cisco7945, the Jabber return to locked screen and shows the status as "In call". Is it ok, is it the excepted operation.
BUT.
After hang up the call at 7945, the locked Jabber still shows status as "in call", and shows it until unlock phone.
I assume it is Jabber android issue, as other clients sees the Jabber correctly immeditely.

Do you have the same user logged in with a Windows machine ? How about upgrading the Android OS. ?

Hi,
No, the user is associated to a Cisco IP phone (7845), configured the same line in Android and this phone.
We cannot use Windows based Jabber .
Also, the Android OS is the lates one - this is a Samsung Galaxy J phone.
