Jabber for iPhone calling options

        I have installed the Jabber for iPhone app (v9.1.2.21344) and I do not see the calling options menu selection from the settings menu.  Is there a setting that needs to updated?

In the screenshot below after bluetooth, I was expecting the calling options menu as an option to select.
