I have a Jabber for MAC client using softphone. Out going video is always seen by the other party on the call. Incoming video is just a black screen on the MAC Jabber call window whether it is coming from an IPT desk phone or another softphone client MAC/or PC. CUCM config is consistent with other users with no issues. Thoughts?

The incoming video works on my MAC, running 11.9.0. I have not upgraded the OS to mojave, though. The machine having trouble is on Mojave. I upgraded another machine with Mojave and trouble to 12.5 and the incoming video worked. We are not ready to deploy 12.5 to our environment.
