Hi all,
After installing Jabber on my MBPro with Lion, I noticed that I don't have an option to call people, only chat,meetings and contacts are available. When people in my contactlist try to call me, they write me that it just keeps ringing and ringing....
I already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but no difference. I also don't see any option during installation to either include or exclude the audio part.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is the Phone Service account configured under Preferences?

There is no such option available under these options...

The Accounts tab, not General.

Hmmm... sorry, my bad...
But... no such option under accounts...
There is only a connection with the corporate webex we're using.

Then it isn't setup properly in either CUP or WebEx Site Admin. If using CUP you'll need a CTI, Audio, and CCMCIP profile assigned to the user as well as ensuring that the jabber-config.xml file is properly built.
