Jabber for Windows 10.5 and Chat Room?

Anyone used Chat Rooms in Jabber for Windows 10.5 ?   Does Chat Rooms require Perisistent Chat and a backend database server ?

II created a Admin and when he logs into Jabber for Windows 10.5 I don't see a TAB to be able to create a Chat Room like the directions say.

The answer to that is an emphatic Yes. You need PostgreSQL. Refer to link below:
