Jabber For Windows 11.5 and "Call With Jabber" from IE 11

installed Jabber on Windows 7 with IE11 And Chrome

Call  With Jabber works for Chrome but not for IE11.

i get the right button menu "Call With Jabber" but nothing happens when i click it.

tried reinstall...didnt help.

If there is no pop-up at all, it could be that something is blocking the communication between Jabber and IE. Possibly some security settings on IE ..?
