I was testing out the protocol handlers and mine don't seem to work right.
I found this other similar post https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2160563 and have referenced the materials. In my case, my Windows 7 pc also has Microsoft Lync installed and Lync has overrided the registry values for the protocol handlers.
I attempted to edit them, but still don't seem to have all the right values and/or keys to make it work. I am hoping that someone can pass me the correct info.
Thanks in advance,
Arras

Hi Arras,
I have replied to your post on the other thread. Jabber checks on startup if these reg keys exist and rewrites them if they don't. You could try following steps and see if Jabber takes over the protocol handlers.
- Exit Lync and Jabber
- Rename following reg folders:
- Restart Jabber and try tel: or im:
