Hi everyone,
I have a problem with jabber when using anyconnect (with an iphone).
When connected to VPN and jabber. I make calls to my office with no problems. But when I call to PSTN, users in PSTN can't hear me. I hear them but they don't.
I have deployed CISCO CUCM, CUC and IM&P version 10.5. There is a CISCO ASA 5505 for VPN connection.
Please help!

Have you checked logs over Voice Gateway where call hit? If not please check and attach logs.
Enable following debugs
debug voip dialpeer
Debug ccscip
debug isdn q931

Sounds like a routing issue or an inaccurate accesslist somewhere.
Can you ping the iphone from the gateway, if not where does it stop?
also run Real time log viewer on your ASA and filter out based on the iphone;s IP as source and see what hits it, then do the same with the IP address of your VGW as source.
There is no easy fix for this one, you will have to gather information on may points

Remember that VoIP needs point to point communication, and like Dennis pointed, along the way something is beeing blocked, and with jabber could be even more tricky since the ports list is quite extensive (find attached).
Try to get the logs that Sandee requested.

This issue with your Firewall and routing or check any port is blocked or not.
