Jabber is now asking for a token on our Galaxy & iPhones.
This issue arose shortly before the recent holiday break.......mid December 2018. On both the new Galaxy 8 and iPhone 7 installs, users are now being asked for an RSA token to complete the install. The user enters their business email address, clicks Accept/OK.....and then the RSA message appears.
Also..........it's hit-or-miss.........mostly miss. I recently had 3 or 4 users in a row where the install went thru just fine. But installs I performed today were not successful.
Same installs worked fine for months prior to mid-December. Please note that this is an issue for the new installs. Prior installs are fine.
