This issue arose shortly before the recent holiday break.......mid December 2018.
On both the new Galaxy 8 and iPhone 7 installs, users are now being asked for an RSA token to complete the install.
The user enters their business email address, clicks Accept/OK.....and then the RSA message appears.
Also..........it's hit-or-miss.........mostly miss.
I recently had 3 or 4 users in a row where the install went thru just fine.
But installs I performed today were not successful.
Same installs worked fine for months prior to mid-December.
Please note that this is an issue for the new installs.
Prior installs are fine.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Hello,
This has nothing to do with Jabber (on any version of it).
I would suggest to check if there is any MDM (Mobile Device Management) implemetation you have at your corporation.
