Jabber issue when integrated with CUxAC

I have receptionists using CUEAC 8.6 with Jabber 9.1. On incoming calls, the jabber answer/hangup option window pops up and jabber seems to start taking priority of call control. Is there a way we can give CUEAC priority over jabber in this situation?

No. Either change Jabber to control a different DN than CUEAC if there are multiple one the phone; or, disable the CTI, CCMCIP, and Audio profiles for that user within CUP/IM&P.
