Hello,

Could someone explain to me somehow / what is the order, of reading information about settings and contacts when running cisco Jabber version 12.9.4 and whether there have been any changes to the reference to version eg. 11.7.I know that UDS gets information from CUCM, EDI from LDAP, etc. But is the first jabber-config.xml on the FTP callmanager or the information contained in Service Profiles?

The Jabber documentation contains the answers to both of your questions, explains the preference between service profiles and .xml as well as the directory integration, suggest you start there.

thanks for the answer;) but you did not help much, maybe at least a link, I know there is documentation and release notes but I cannot find the answer and the time is short
