First time poster here! I've tried searching the forums, but I'm not finding what I need to know so hopefully someone has the answer. My question is about selecting certain Jabber users, total number in the teens, and not the entire company, 14k+. We have some agents having issues, and we are trying to problem solve the problem.
How long are the Jabber csf logs kept on an end users window machine? I see on my Win10 machine that they are only kept for a day, and a new one started in the morning when I restart my laptop. Is this accurate?
Is there anyway to extend this window? For example can I keep log files for a couple days or even a week at the most somehow?
Lastly...is there anyway to re point the file save location in order to a file share instead of local users machine so that we can keep them longer?
