Does not seem like your traveral zone between Exp-C and Exp-E is configured properly.  Are the traversal zones showing active? Did you upload proper certs as those are needed for the TLS traversal zone to work?

The issue is fixed now.  It is not a traversal zone issue.  It is firewall issue and the port 5222 is closed.  I am not sure what this 401 unauthorized error.  I am still getting this error even when the system is completely functional.  Thanks.

Traversal zone issue, check certificates

Thank you j.huizinga for agreeing with me.
