Jabber MRA Port Usage

My understanding, was that when using Jabber MRA, the Jabber client established a HTTPS/SSL tunnel back to VCS. Inside this tunnel, Jabber sent its SIP, XMPP & RTP data packets. But I've been looking at the traffic on the wire, and even when using MRA, Jabber is still using XMPP, SIPS and UDP outside of the HTTPS connection.

Is this how Jabber Guest is supposed to work, outside of HTTPS?

Hmm,

on page 5 of the Unified Communications MRA deployment guide it clearly states :"all media is encrypted between VCS control and Mobile endpoint". This seems to contradict what you are seeing.

Are you able to check the wire to your VCS expressway and verify that at least all media and signalling traffic is encrypted at this part of the path?
