Jabber MS LDAP Authentication Error

Hi guys

we have Microsoft Active Directory, and CUCM Users Integrated with that, MS admin enable logonto feature for users account in AD after that cucm AD users cannot login to CUCM or Jabber. Authentication Error ( username or password is incorrect). when disable Logonto feature in AD CUCM Users authentication work fine.

I didn’t know what the future you refer to was, so I did some searching on internet. Quite likely the restrictions that come with this feature is not compatible with LDAP authentication in CM. But to know for sure I would recommend you to reach out to TAC to ask about this.

Active Directory Features Restrict user to Login in Domain With Specific Computer. this computer should joint to domain, then in log on to wizard of users attribute computer name added. when enable this feature jabbers users cannot login

As I wrote I did look up what it is. From what I understand this is not a compatible functionality in combination with CM.
