Jabber not showing incoming call since Webex Teams installed. Help!
My client has Webex Teams installed on her Mac along with Jabber for Mac. No matter what I try I can't get Jabber for Mac to show incoming call notification. Webex Teams shows the incoming call just fine. I had her close Webex Teams and still Jabber will not show an incoming call.
Do I have to enable the Webex/Jabber interoperability feature to get Jabber to answer calls.
No, the interop is only related to messaging and has no impact on calling. Is spftphone mode still enabled in Jabber or did the user toggle it to disabled? Does connection status show the CSF device registered? Does a Jabber PRT show the incoming INVITE for a call?
