Hi,
I am facing an issue with Cisco Jabber on android. CUCM and IMP version is 10.5.2. Jabber client version 11.5.1
We are testing the client within the corporate network. (No VCS/MRA in picture). I have tested the client in Apple ios and it is working perfectly. For android, it is working with some and not working with some other.
Working devices
Samsung galaxy note 3 and Huawei
Non-working devices
Samsung galaxy note 2, samsung galaxy s3 and htc one x+
while trying to login we are getting a certificate error (Attached) for these devices.

and that same test user test@mec.gov.qa is used on the apple devices successfully?
can you include the error report in this post please

Looking at your logs
there seems to be an issue with the srv records:
2016-02-22 11:50:52,646 WARN [0x6816b050] [nsutils/android/androidDnsQuery.cpp(191)] [csf.dns] [makeDnsQuery] - *-----* DNS query _collab-edge._tls.mec.gov.qa. has failed: NAME_ERROR.
If your IOS device are set up in the same environment and thus use the same SRV records (?). I dont know why they would indicate not to be workink on an android?

Yes, my android devices are using the same environment as of ios.
Not only ios is working; I have tried couple of android devices as well. As mentioned above I tested in Samsung note 3 and Huawei device succesfully.
:(

Hi All,
Thank you for the update.
We have Cisco ISE in the network and those android devices failed to download the configuration files from ISE. I didnt notice it first. Once the device downloaded the configuration files and certificates from ISE it started working. I noticed it after your comments on DNS. Once again thank you for the comments.
Cheers
Anees

The logs report that both _cuplogin and _cisco-uds DNS queries fail.
Make sure you the relevant SRV records exist in 10.10.30.10 and 10.10.30.15, and that you can query your DNS servers from that device (is the firewall blocking 53/udp).
