Jabber on domain joined computer doesn't let me use different credentials

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask, if somebody can help me with jabber-config.xml? Which directory type in jabber-config.xml should I use in case, that I need to login from domain joined computer to different jabber domains? I have currently UDS, but don't know what to set up, to get prompt after jabber reset to specify "user email/jabber domain".

i.e. I have several testing environments and production one. My computer is domain joined. I need to reset jabber and use new email address for finding jabber services from those testing envs. I do not want to automatically look without specifying email address. Currently with UDS when I open jabber it automatically looks for DNS record and download jabber-config from CCM1 specified in DNS SRV record and show me just username/password dialog, but neither email address.

It happens because of UPN discovery. 

You can disable UPN discovery using the switch command. 

msiexec.exe /i CiscoJabberSetup.msi UPN_DISCOVERY_ENABLED=false

Clear all the jabber cache and delete the cisco jabber folder under the programData folder as well.

C:\ProgramData\Cisco Systems

uninstall the jabber and re-install with the switch above using command line.
