Jabber on prem - Selective Recording

Customer wants to set up selective recording for Jabber users with on prem configuration.  The ask is to add buttons to control the recording (i.e. start/stop) into Jabber.

In looking at the Calabrio documentation, I see that there is a widget available for this....can widgets be put into Jabber?  Or is there a better way to do this?

I'd appreciate any suggestions here.

I have my mediasense integrated with my 11.5 cluster so I cannot test this, but from this doc, if you use CUCM 12.5 you should have a button for recording
