Can you please check if your virtual setup meets the following criteria:
You can deploy Cisco Jabber for Windows in virtual environments using Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix XenApp:
● Citrix XenDesktop 7.1, 7.5, and7.6
● Citrix XenApp 7.5, and7.6 Enterprise Edition for Windows 2008 R2 64-bit, published desktop
● VMWare Horizon View 5.2, 5.3, and 6.0
If not, then it is an unsupported deployment. If yes, then you may check by calling internally between two jabber clients on the same network and see if the issue persists.
