Jabber only shows Answer button

Hello everyone,

I have a weird issue on Jabber for windows (ver: 11.5), it shows only answer button when incoming calls come in 

Any ideas where is the issue?

Do you have a VM profile in that DN?

Nope, I don't have any voice mail configured for the moment.

I also tried to set voice mail profile to NoVoiceMail or None. It still the same issue.

You'd need a valid VM configuration as the other button would send the call to VM.

I've created a VM Profile even though I don't use VM. It shows Decline button now.
