I have a customer who running Jabber Phone mode. Some users are able to call their Outlook contact simply by click on the number but some are unable to do so. For those who are able to do so, their contact phone numbers appear as a clickable bluish web link. For those who are unable to click on it to call the number, it appears just like a regular text. Anyone knows that cause of this issue? Thanks in advance.

No. I have TAC case opened. TAC engineer has been on this case for over a month, keep asking for Jabber Problem Report. I am disappointed with Cisco TAC on this case. My customer might ends up going to MS LYNC if it is not resolve soon.
