Hi All.
In a cucm only one user call is getting disconnected after one minute.
ccapi Logs:
+++++++++++++
Calling number : +6568643627
Called Party : +917829932425 (my mobile number)
q931 logs:
Calling party : 4061 & 4065
Called party: 68643627
User call failure reason using debug q931 is temperory failure.
Debug using ccapi inout is normal call clearing.
Troubleshooting step Taken:
Checked all user configuration in server.
Deleted and created user phone and tested the calls and the calls are working fine.
Added the Singapore cluster FQDN for user Jabber settings.
The same international call is routing through both the Gateways.
Calls started working after business hours without any issue.
PFA: ccapi logs.
All internal external inbound and outbound calls have the issue.
Kindly let me know your suggestion.
