Jabber presence status not correct after restarting XCP router

We are using CUCM/IMP 15SU2 with Jabber cleint Version 15.0.0.59289 Build 309289. When we restart Cisco XCP Router service, all users' presence status are appers incorrect. Several users which are not online and their status shows still Available.  Is there anyway administrator can fix this issue without user manually login to their machine?

In the IMP check the presence status by navigating to System > Presence Topology, and check the IMP status from Diagnostics page System Dashboard and System Troubleshooter , from CUCM as well at the "Presence Redundancy Group" check the high availability status. Also you can reassigned and rebalance the users to IMP groups from CUCM and after that check their status.

All green on System Troubleshooter and SRM is always enabled and normal for the failover.

based on my experience in projects
whenever we restart "Cisco XCP Router"
all jabber users must do manually Sign-Out & Sign-In Again >> for all changes we had to be applied on their jabbers..

also i suggest to do a full reboot to your "CUP" vm at the maintenance hours & see what's happens..
