Jabber proxy popup to avoid

Hi Experts,

My customer uses Jabber for Windows and every time a user logs in with his/her jabber credential a window pops up asking for proxy authentication.

popup window shows:

<IPaddress_of_Proxy_Server:8080>

asking for user name and password

I can see JabberAllConfig.xml contains the IP address of the Proxy server (httpproxyaddress), but customer also has .pac file, which has exclusion added for that particular domain which is used after the Jabber user id

what else can be done to be able to avoid Proxy pop-up window?

Have you read the Optional Configuration of Proxy Settings in the deployment guide? It mentions that wildcards aren’t supported - which I presume is what you meant by “exclusion added for that particular domain.”
