Jabber public contacts

Hello.

Can I search contacts in my outlook public contact folder?

My costumer asks for one directory of all the companys contacts will locate and all jabber users can search from this directort.

Hi there

I am afraid that's possible. Instead you can create all your customer contacts in your AD and sync it with CUCM. Jabber should be able to use that.

I saw this tool before the only proplem is my customer update very often his public contacts. So it not very effective.

Maybe there is another way?

Do you use LDAP/CDI or UDS for directory?

Then you could configure your contacts in a single OU, and then configure it as a search base for your Jabber users.

Create new OU and add new "Contact"(not user)?

I have tried this before and didnt see the contact in jabber search
