Hello,
We are running Jabber for Windows version 11.1.2 on Windows 7. When I type a user's name in Outlook new email window, the Presence bubble appears next to the user's name but it shows an "offline" status (grey color). However when I search for the user in Jabber window first, and then re-enter the name in Outlook email the presence bubble of that user appears as available "Green".
Note: I know that the user have been online all the time, and I see the user's status as green in Jabber.
Does anyone know how to fix this? It appears that the presence status in Outlook for a user is getting updated only when I search for the user in Jabber search window.
