Jabber softphone with vdi not connected

Hi,

 

JVDI soft-phone working fine when connecting CITRIX from  enterprise lan

 

But JVDI soft-phone not working when CITRIX accessing via internet. 

 

please help, is this something related to port. 

 

Softphone with VDI - Unhealthy

Status: Not connected

Protocol: SIP

Reason:Connection error. Ensure the server information in the Phone Services tab on the Options window is correct. Contact your system administrator for assistance.

Address: 10.X.X.X (CCMCIP)

 

Deskphone - Unhealthy

Status: Not connected

Protocol: CTI

Reason:Connection error. Ensure the server information in the Phone Services tab on the Options window is correct. Contact your system administrator for assistance.

Outlook address book - Healthy

Status: Last connection successful.

Protocol: MAPI

Address: Outlook

 

Directory - Healthy

Status: Last connection successful.

Protocol: UDS (HTTPS)

 

Virtual Channel - Healthy

Status: Connected
