Hello,

is there a User Guide for Jabber 12.x for Windows available? Perfect would be German... but even can't find in English.

Also Quick Reference 12.x is very welcome :)

Thanks a lot

Uwe

Hello,

There is no End User Guides for this version. You can find documents in other languages than english here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/unified-communications/jabber-windows/tsd-products-support-translated-end-user-guides-list.html

I can't find any detailed end user guide in English, other than those saved on University web sites for prior versions.  What's up with that, Cisco?

...one year later... still no actual End-User-Guide... Shame on you Cisco...

All the Jabber documentation for users has been moved to Cisco Collaboration Help Portal. And that's noted in the Jabber documentation guide.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/jabber/12_0/cjab_b_documentation-guide-for-cisco-jabber-12.html

Documentation Changes

User content for all Cisco Jabber clients are now available on Cisco Collaboration Help Portal.

I was unable to locate any Jabber user/admin guides in the help portal. The only Jabber documents in the help portal are how to transition to Webex Teams.

Admin guides for Jabber remain on cisco.com under the Jabber documentation, and I mean the configuration on backend products, parameter reference guides, etc.

User guides are now broken into topics, and they're all under collaboration help.

I created a Jabber quick start guide for IM&P and desk phone control users.  This does not include soft phone functionality.

The file is attached.

Cisco is a global company with 50 billion in annual sales and we have to rely on clients to produce this documentation?  Shame on you Cisco.
