We have had Jabber installed by a external engineer who was suppose to come and show us how to create user accounts on the Presence server - unfortunately he has not been able to.
We are running
Presence 8.6.4
CUCM 8.6.2
They have had their CSF set up in call manager as well as their account assoiciated to it. But they obviously can't log in as they don't have a Jabber account o the Presence server.
Can anyone help or point me in the best place to help?

Hi, do you know if capabilities assignment has been done on the users - this normally populates the CUP server with the users ,
see section on 'specify end user capabilities' from the link
This is assuming the config on cup server has been done. here is deployment guide:
