Hi, having an odd issue. We have a user that we deleted and she does not appear in a search for her name. Tried by first name, last name, and email in both Active and Inactive users and she does not show up.
However, we cannot add her again - "User Found, cannot create another one".
Anyone know what might be happening? The application is cloud based so I don't have access to any databases to check them out

What happens when you reset the Jabber client (log out FILE > reset Jabber ) log back in and search again?

Hi Dennis, I should have been more specific.....we are searching for the user in the admin console, not the desktop client
