Jabber using Desk phone for calls, Bring Conversation window in Front on Video Calls Only

Dear Team,

I am using Jabber 10.6.3.

When I click files >> Options >>> Calls. There is below option:

When using desk phone for calls, bring conversation window to the front.

1) on all calls

2) on video calls only

3) Never

I would like to have second option selected for all Jabber Clients by default. Usually default option is "On all calls".

I believe there should be a way to do it in Jabber config file, could you kindly guide me through how ? Or advise even its possible ?

Or its up to users only to set it manually on their clients.

Unfortunately, this isn't a configurable parameter in jabber-config.xml. It is for user preference.
