Hi All,
Happy new year !!
I am Having an issue with one of my clients that Jabber voicemail working from inside the corporate but not working from outside I get a connection issue on the jabber application. Any Ideas ?!

So, let me understand the query completely.I have couple of questions before i can help you:
Are the users logging in via MRA ?
Are all the users impacted?
Are you using SSO?
Is unity LDAP synced?

CUCM Is Synced with Ldap and Then Unity is Synced with CUCM

Have you added the UNITY servers into Expressway C as a part of the configurations. It would be great if you could share Jabber PRT, Expressway E/C diagnostic logging so that I can isolate the issue.
