Hello,
i have cloud based uc solution in which when someome call on jabber and no answer it disconnect as have no VM assigned to jabber window.
but if i press reject option on incoming calls, it plays vm greeting to callers.
how can i remove it as end user not want this option?

AFAIK you cannot remove the reject option

thanks for your reply.
i am not asking to remove the reject call option.
when user press reject option, it plays unity connection default greeting that i want to remove when end user reject the call.
is this possible or not?
if possible how can do it?

When you "reject" the call, you're actually just sending them to your VM system, if the user does not have a valid user in CUC, then that's the expected behavior.

You are right abut it but if we don't have end user account in cuc then how can remove this VM message..
as my client doesn't want to use Vm and this default message..
