Jabber window integration at Webportal

Dear All, I have already install CUCM 10 with presence server . I want to deploy Video chat option for my outsider user to my call center . So i want to integrated jabber at my Web portal . Like when user login my web-portal then user find only Video chat option. which is connect VCS expressway . Please give me a idea how it can be done . Thanks Avijit.

Jabber Guest is a Cisco product that integrates with VCS to do just what you are looking for:

I have deployed mobile and remote access via  Expressway series version 8.4.this version supports one option for expressway series. This means that you can't enable jabber Guest AND MRA at the same time.I think version 8.5 support both.

I want to ask if Cisco jabber (the soft phone) can be integrated into website to allow customers to video chat with us. Is it advisable to deploy another expressway series for jabber Guest with the same external domain?
