Jabber Windows - Desktop Sharing

Hi All,

We tried on Jabber windows Desktop Sharing.but the "Share Desktop" is hide out.

CUCM Version - 8.6.2.21900-5

Jabber Windows - 9.0.4

CUPS - 8.6.1

BFCP cop file installed

Allow BFCP Enabled in Device SIP Profile.

We establish the Audio Call & try to do the Desktop Sharing but no go. When we check the CUCM traces got a message as below

//SIP/SIPCdpc(1,74,5)/ci=28568546/ccbId=102/scbId=0/StartTransition: BFCPAllowed=0|1,100,74,5.1^*^*

Hi,

Can you check this post and verify that you have done all the steps for CUCM 8.6.2 including:

"For an individual device select Allow Presentation Sharing Using BFCP and then select Save"
