Hi All,
I'm currently utilising Jabberguest 10.6.8.11. I've discovered an issue with dialling into endpoints from mobile devices. If the app is closed without hanging up the call, or if there is a loss of network on the mobile device, then the call does not clear out. If the user reloads the app or recovers network connectivity and calls again, the system will still be in a call with the original session.
Does anyone know of a way to reduce the session timeout of the call when no traffic is received or away of disconnecting the call when the server loses connection to the remote client etc? I've reduced the VCS's SIP session refresh interval, but that's still 90 seconds before the call is cleared.
Cheers.
Peter.
