Hi,
When I make a call with and I need to enter a PIN (FAC) using PC or iPhone from inside (WIFI) or outside (Expressway), the keypad is activated and I can entre the PIN, the call is ok.
Issue : but when I use Cisco Jabber for Android, the keypad is deactivated and I can't enter the PIN !! than The call can't be done !? is this a Cisco Jabber for Android bug ? any adea/help please ?
Note : In our company we have 90% Android phones, the solution for this issue is very important for us.

Hello,
Can anyone help with this issue? I've got a user who one minute is able to dial on his Jabber keypad using an Android phone, but the next minute, he is unable to use the functionality again.

3:26 - called ins, hung up, froze
3:38 - called ins, hung up, froze
Times when issue happens. Jabber also freezes consistently for Android user.
Work completed:
+ rebuilt Jabber account
+ reset & reinstalled Jabber
Galaxy S9+ (SM-G965U)
Android version 10
