Keypad Does Not Work to Respond to Call Instructions

Hi All,

This may sound like a very rookie question but I am out of clues.  My Cisco Jabber keypad does not work to respond to call instructions such as using the # sign to Enter or * sign to go to main menu. The same problem goes for the keypad numbers when the user needs to respond to call instructions or questions and need to use the keypad to answer.  I combed through Jabber's Settings in case there is some sort of switch and did not find any.  Anybody know what I'm missing?  I asked our IT Intel folks the same question and it has been 4 weeks and still no response.

Thanks for the help!

ERIC

That sounds like DTMF issues, if you're and end user this is not something you can fix, and whoever is responsible for your UC has to address this, if they have no idea about this, they need to call whoever is their support provider.

Thanks.  That's what I thought too.  I tried to reach out to Cisco Support myself after getting the silent treatment from our IT but they will not entertain my inquiry without key infos which I don't have.  Back to the trusty CP for now.
