Manufacture in China...

Manufacture in China prefers email because of the time difference with US time zones.  However, they have to change email services in order to remain operational.  Could Spark also be blocked?  Wondering if Spark is a suitable replacement.

Can anyone from the Spark team respond to  my question regarding the use of Spark in China?  I'm assuming this is the best place to post Spark questions.  If not, someone let me know.
