Hello Folks,
We are facing issues where cucm end user are not able to login to Mediasense Search and Play.It says "incorrect username and password"
We have restart AXL service from cucm , we have changed application user password and applied same to Mediasense.Restarted Mediasense server as well but not getting fixed.
Can someone assist on this?
Also can you assist how to take logs from mediasense server?
