Jabber iPhone App does not ring while in the background

Hello, I  have an issue with Cisco Jabber on my iPhone.

When I close all the applications and receive a Jabber call, it doesn't ring.

I check in android it is ringing.

my CUCM is 12.5

any idea?

You need to enable push notification to make this working.
