Hi,
I have a client who I want to set up the meetings option on his Jabber (we use Cisco Webex), however in his options he doesn't have the meeting tab to log him into the Webex account.
He is currently running ver 9.2.2
I have this same setup running on various other machines and they work fine. Any ideas?

Are you using IM&P on-premise or WebEx Messenger? In the former you need to assign a UC Service Profile (or Conference Profile in CUPS 8.x) to the user that contains a MeetingCenter site URL and details.

Hi Jonathan,
No we are using Webex one click which we integrate with Jabber so that they can send a message instantly whilst in a conversation.
Please see below the button I need to show in the conversation (circled).
See the image below (I'm missing the 'Meetings' option (circled) when going on the options of the effected computer.
