Microsoft C++ Failing to Install during CUACA Installation

Hi All

I am running into an issue when trying to do a fresh install of Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced v12 on Windows Server 2012 R2 ,the installation keeps failing to install Microsoft C++ Redistributable. I have checked online but can`t find any documentation related to this. Any help will be appreciated

Even tough the release note states the following:

Have you tried to download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and install it manually and then run the CUACA installation?
