Does anyone know if there is any way to migrate/export personal contacts (Not Presence/Active Directory Contacts) from CUPC 8.5 to Jabber 9.1 or Outlook?
The feature you are looking for is the Pizza guy feature. Unfortunately this won't be available until later in the year. Currently there is no way of migrating the users into Jabber of Outlook.
