Hi Guys,
We have the solution with Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance and need renew the certificate. When try enable root and put the password receiving the follow message:
Basic Password Validity Rules | ||
▪ | Password must contain at least one of each - lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, and special character(exclamation(!), at(@), hash(#), dollar($), asterisk(*), comma(,), period(.)) | |
▪ | No character in the password must be repeated more than three times | |
▪ | Password cannot contain non-ASCII characters such as minus(-), percent(%), plus(+), ampersand(&), or a space | |
▪ | Password cannot be cisco or ocsic or any variant obtained by changing the capitalization of letters, or by substituting 1, exclamation(!), or pipe(|) for i, zero(0) for o, or dollar($) for s | |
▪ | Password cannot end with colon(:), asterisk(*), comma(,), semicolon(;), equal(=), or hash(#) | |
▪ | Minimum length of password is | |
▪ | Maximum length of password is |
We are following the rules, but, the same message is appering and not is possible give continues.
Any have idea about this?

If I provide a new password that meets PCA requirements and the system doesn't accept it, I'll try using a different browser.
PCA reached its end of life last year.
