With J4W 9.6(1) when making calls in desk phone mode the mute button in jabber remain greyed out, but is OK in soft phone mode. Is this working as designed?

Yes mute is not an option in deskphone mode for jabber for windows; none of the releases have this feature added so far; here is an enhancement that was filled for it; https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCul33802/?reffering_site=dumpcr

Hello,
We have the same issue. This is really annoying as users have to go back from jabber in a citrix session to the softphone in the laptop all the time just to mute the call. All the other function to control the call on the desk phone are available, just not mute/unmute.
I see the bug has been terminated in 2017 but without being fixed. Any chance this can be made available in later versions (version 11.9.3) ?
