How to modify IE 11 context menu to add Jabber

How do I modify the context menu in IE11 when I right click on a telephone number so that I can call the number with Jabber:

From the docs:

Browser Click to Call is enabled with the CLICK2X installation parameter. If this parameter is set to ENABLED (default value), the feature is enabled. To disable this feature, you must set the CLICK2X installation parameter to DISABLE. For more information about the CLICK2X parameter, see the Deployment Guide for your release.

Did you perhaps disable CLICK2X during install? Can you try reinstalling from a vanilla download of Jabber from cisco.com? What version of Jabber do you have?

We do have the click2x disabled becuase it messed up the IM settings in the registry and causes Skype presence in Outlook to stop working. Im going to try the newer parameter for CLICK2X arugment. Instead of using CLICK2X=DISABLE, Im going to try and use CLICK2X=Click2Call.

DISABLE Click2Call

Disables click-to-x functionality with Cisco Jabber. If you specify this argument during installation, the client does not register as a handler for click-to-x functionality with the operating system. This argument prevents the client from writing to the Microsoft Windows registry during installation. You must re-install the client and omit this argument to enable click-to-x functionality with the client after installation. Click2Call function in Browser—The Click2X parameter can now be configured by using the newly added Click2Call parameter. This enables only the Click to call feature in the browser and disables the Click2X feature.

I will update this thread after reinstalling Jabber with the new arugment.

Using the click2call argument with the CLICK2X parameter did the trick. Instead of using CLICK2X=DISABLED, I used CLICK2X=Click2Call. Now when I right click on a number in IE, I see "Call with Jabber" and "Call and with edit Jabber" in the context window.
