done... so what happens to feedback once submitted? is it tracked back to the originating user somehow?

Yeah I've done this many times through the app you will get an email back and also usually sometimes cisco respond back with a status update

1. Folks from Cisco often respond
2. Myself and fellow members of the PM team aggregate this data and it influences the backlog
